Zoom

Integrate Zoom and open up your business to a global audience.

Introduction

Zoom is one of the most popular platforms for video conferencing. It enables communication between individuals and businesses across the globe. By integrating Zoom with your Bookisia account, you open up your business to a global client base.

With Bookisia, you can integrate Zoom in two ways. As a business or as a consultant.

If you want every consultant to use a single Zoom account for all your meetings, you can integrate Zoom on the business account. However, if you want each consultant to have their own Zoom accounts, that way there are no scheduling conflicts, they can do so as well. You will find help on how to achieve both integrations below.

Connecting Zoom

As already mentioned, you can integrate Zoom at the business level or on the consultant level. If you want to integrate on the business level, use the integrations tab found on the business page: https://admin.bookisia.com/my-business. If you would like to integrate on the consultant level, then use the integrations tab on the my profile page: https://admin.bookisia.com/my-profile
  1. Go to the Integrations tab and locate the Zoom card

Creating Zoom Meetings

Once your Zoom account has been integrated into the Bookisia platform, zoom meetings will automatically be created for your appointments.

Once a zoom meeting is created for an appointment, updating the date and time of the appointment will also update the Zoom meeting date and time. Likewise, deleting the appointment will also delete the Zoom meeting.
