Connect Facebook

Connect an eligible Facebook Page, understand requested permissions, publish safely, and remove access.

Updated July 23, 2026

Before connecting

Use the Facebook profile that has sufficient access to the business Page you intend to connect. Page access is controlled by Meta; seeing a Page publicly does not mean your profile can authorize it.

Connect your Page

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
  2. Select Connect Facebook.
  3. Sign in to Facebook and review the permissions shown by Meta.
  4. Select the business Page Bookisia should use.
  5. Complete authorization and return to Bookisia.
  6. Confirm the Page name before publishing anything.

Permissions and data

The exact permissions displayed by Meta are the authoritative list for your authorization. Bookisia requests access only for enabled integration functions, such as identifying eligible Pages, reading basic Page details, or publishing Page content when you ask it to do so.

Bookisia may store the selected Page identifier and authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection. It does not need your Facebook password; authentication occurs on Meta’s domain.

Publish responsibly

Review the destination Page, text, image, links, and applicable advertising or professional rules before publishing. Avoid posting customer appointment information or personal data.

Troubleshooting

If your Page is missing, confirm your Facebook Page access and business permissions. If publishing stops working, the authorization may have expired or been revoked; reconnect and review permissions again.

Disconnect Facebook

Disconnect it in Bookisia under Settings → Integrations, then review Facebook Settings → Business integrations to remove Bookisia there if necessary. Scheduled or previously published content may remain on Facebook until you remove it separately.

After disconnection, Bookisia stops using the authorization credentials. Records required for security, audit, or legal purposes may be retained according to the applicable privacy policy.
